Abstract
Through the feedback of welding current, average current of welding gun at each end of sidewall was calculated, and the average current of two adjacent ends was compared. Center position of welding was adjusted in real time to ensure the same distance between the welding gun and each side wall, so as to realize the consistency of welding energy of each side wall in the welding process. The welding process parameters can be adjusted in real time by recording welding center adjustment and monitoring process parameters. After welding, the welding data would be reproduced, and was analyzed influence of welding process parameters on weld quality, which provided data support for weld quality optimization.
