Abstract
In GNSS anti-jamming application, in order to achieve miniaturized adaptive antenna arrays, the physical size of the array is usually decreased by reducing the base ground or inter-elements space. In this paper, we discuss the effects of array physical size on the anti-jamming performance of GNSS adaptive array. In the analysis, the power inversion algorithm is employed to obtain the required ability to degrade radio frequency interferences. Taking available beam ratios as the performance metric, we evaluate the performance of the adaptive arrays in different physical size. It is shown that the decrease of physical size degrades the anti-jamming performance for a given distribution antenna array, especially when multiple interferences are present.
