Narrar a dor: Participação social e violência obstétrica em um projeto de extensão no Ensino Médio (Porto Seguro, Bahia)

How to speak about ‘obstetric violence’ in a public school at the same time that the Ministry of Health deffends the inadequacy of the term? We will reflect about an extension project carried out at a public school in Porto Seguro (BA), involving the Federal University of Southern Bahia and the Parto Seguro Collective: for the end of obstetric violence. Finally, the conversations between the anthropologist, the Collective activists, and young students from high school lead us to briefly point out an approach of obstetric violence in public debate.
