Abstract
ABSTRACTCrohn's disease is associated with an increased cardiovascular risk of ischemic events. We report a case of myocardial infarction in a 43-year-old female patient with Crohn's disease admitted for constrictive retro-sternal pain. The electrocardiogram showed an elevation of the ST segment in the antero-septo-apical (V1-V2-V3-V4. Trans-thoracic cardiac ultrasound revealed apical akinesia and anterior and septal hypokinesia with an ejection fraction at 45%. She had no biological inflammatory syndrome and the lipid balance was normal. The coronary angiography revealed a critical stenosis of the anterior interventricular artery segment I which was stented.
