Abstract
The intelligent substation has the characteristics of perceivable, interactive and self-decision-making functions, reflecting the abnormal operating status of electrical components of the power system, and automatically, quickly and selectively removing faulty components, which is the first line of defense to ensure the safety and stability of the power system and the indivisible cyber-physical system (CPS) basic unit. In order to realize comprehensive evaluation on intelligent substation operation based on CPS model, firstly, the paper analyzes CPS characteristics of intelligent substation, and proposes a set of multi-level evaluation index system, which is divided into four levels, namely: intelligent substation operation status level based on CPS characteristics, cyber system level, physical equipment level and physical equipment indicator level. Then The intelligent substation operation status evaluation is carried out based on CPS according to the multi-level evaluation index system proposed. The evaluation model is reasonably improved with variable weighting method to enlarge anomaly index, which is more in line with the requirements of physical equipment management. Finally, the paper evaluates the operating status of a relay protection device in actual intelligent substation, and conducts on-site fund collection analysis to verify the feasibility, effectiveness, operability and practicality of the proposed evaluation index system, evaluation model and evaluation process in actual engineering applications.
