ОНТОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ УМНОГО ГОРОДА

The article discusses issues related to the problems of modeling a "smart" city and the development of a monitoring system for the state of its entities. Models of basic entities, algorithms for their estimation and a library of microservices with adaptive patterns are described. The possibility of localizing patterns and synthesizing a monitoring system in the process of an expert's dialogue with a chatbot is shown. An example of constructing a model of a “smart” city and synthesizing a relevant monitoring system to assess the level of its sustainability under the influence of negative factors is presented.
