Optimization design of the permanent seat structure of the hydrogen supply system of fuel cell bus

Abstract
The structural safety of the hydrogen supply system of fuel cell buses is the key to the normal operation of fuel cell buses. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of hydrogen supply system of fuel cell buses, the static finite element simulation model of hydrogen supply system is established by HyperMesh software platform and the strength and stiffness of hydrogen supply system are checked. Based on the software OptiStruct, topological optimization and size optimization of permanent seat of hydrogen supply system are carried out. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the optimized permanent seat structure can meet the requirements, and compared with the optimization before, the first six natural frequencies of the optimized permanent seat structure are greatly increased, which can avoid resonance.
