Abstract
Abstract:In order to study the change rule of gas desorption characteristics of coal containing gas by penetrant, a set of desorption test equipment under high-pressure adsorption state was developed independently. Two non-ionic reagents, Polyethylene glycol(PEG-4000) and Tween-80, two anionic reagents, Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)and Sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS), and the former non-ionic and anionic mixed reagent, were selected as penetrants. The whole process of replacement and relief-pressure seepage of coal containing gas were studied, analyzed the influence of penetrant on the replacement amount of gas and the amount of relief-pressure seepage. On this basis, the rule of increasing range of gas replacement amount and the rule of decreasing range of gas seepage amount were studied. The results showed that, within a certain range of mass fraction, the higher the mass fraction of penetrant, the more the gas replacement amount. The capability of mixed solutions to replace gas is better than that of anionic solutions, and the capability of the anionic solutions to replace gas is better than that of the non-ionic solutions. In a certain range of mass fraction, the higher the mass fraction of penetrant is, the greater the decreasing range of gas seepage is. The ability of the mixed solutions to hinder gas seepage is better than that of the anionic solutions, and the ability of the anionic solutions to hinder gas seepage is better than that of the non-ionic solutions.
