Constructing a virtual power plant plays an important role in improving the efficiency of new energy and the safety and stability of power grid.With the advancement of my country's power market construction, the commercial development of virtual power plants has ushered in greater opportunities.VPP is essentially an innovative business model generated by the aggregation of demand-side resources.The core significance of VPP is more reflected in the bidding of the power market, the expansion of the market operation scope and the business model.By centering on the business mechanism and market operation model of interaction between VPP and demand response,This paper introduces the participation mode and organizational framework for demand response participation in VPP operation.Researching VPP participates in the auxiliary service mode by scheduling flexible resources, and analyzed the operation and management model of virtual power plant and the profit model of VPP participation in demand response,exploring the promotion of clean energy consumption through VPP, finding out the market profit model that improves the demand-side response, and put forward policy support suggestions and market mechanism suggestions to promote VPP application and enhance its profitability.
