Effet de wavé-fortex, un phyto-alicament naturel, sur la croissance de trois espèces d’Aspergillus au Gabon

Abstract
Objectif: Ce travail a pour objectif d’etudier l’activite antifongique d’un complement alimentaire gabonais Wave-fortex un melange de poudres de 24 plantes locales de formulation codee et brevetee, sur 3 especes fongiques responsables des degradations de plusieurs aliments en conservation. Ces champignons sont: Aspergillus fumigatus , A. nidulans et A. flavus . Methodologie et Resultats: Les tests de sensibilite fongique ont ete realises sur des milieux nutritifs PDA contenant des concentrations de 1%, 3% et 5% de cet alicament. Les inhibitions de croissance ont ete calculees apres 6 jours d’incubation. Les resultats ont montre que les 3 concentrations de Wave-fortex ont significativement inhibe la croissance des 3 champignons testes. Ces inhibitions toutes superieures a 75% etaient proportionnelles aux doses du complement alimentaire constituees. Les legeres differences de sensibilite notees entre les champignons vis-a vis d’un meme traitement n’ont pas ete significatives au seuil de 5%. Conclusions et application des resultats: Le complement alimentaire Wave-fortex contient des principes antifongiques dans sa formulation. Il peut donc etre utilise dans la lutte antifongique contre les deteriorations alimentaires occasionnees par les champignons Aspergillus fumigatus , A. nidulans et A. flavus . Mots cles: Aliments ; Aspergillus ; Phyto-alicament ; Wave-fortex ; Antifongique English Abstract Objective: This work aims to study the antifungal activity of a food supplement Gabon Wave-fortex a mixture of powders of 24 local plants coded and patented formulation, on 3 fungal species responsible for the degradation of several foods in conservation. These fungi are: Aspergillus fumigatus , A. nidulans and A. flavus . Methods and Results: The fungal susceptibility tests were performed on PDA nutrient media containing 1%, 3% and 5% concentrations of this product. Growth inhibitions were calculated after 6 days of incubation. The results showed that the 3 concentrations of Wave-fortex significantly inhibited the growth of the 3 fungi tested. These inhibitions, all greater than 75%, were proportional to the doses of the dietary supplement constituted. The slight differences in sensitivity noted between the fungi with respect to the same treatment were not significant at the 5% level. Conclusions and application of results: Wave-fortex food supplement contains antifungal principles in its formulation. It can therefore be used in the antifungal fight against food deterioration caused by fungi Aspergillus fumigatus , A. nidulans and A. flavus .
