Abstract
Synergistic Cancer Therapy In article number 2100950 by Bin Qin, Jin Sun, and co-workers, a both-in-one hybrid bacteria, wherein the chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin is integrated onto the surface of glucose dehydrogenase-overexpressed non-pathogenic Escherichia coli strain, potentiates stimulated systemic antitumor immune responses, thereby significantly inhibiting tumor metastasis, postsurgical regrowth, and primary/distal tumor relapse in four different tumor models.
