Resonance behavior of different planar probe designs for active plasma resonance spectroscopy

Active Plasma Resonance Spectroscopy (APRS) is an industry compatible plasma diagnostic method, which takes advantage of the ability of the plasma to resonate close to the electron plasma frequency. Planar designs of this concept can be mounted plane-parallel into the chamber wall and are thus minimal invasive. They are promising candidates to monitor plasma processes.
