Diplejía facial como manifestación de neuroleptospirosis

This case series describes the clinical and paraclinical findings observed in two young men, with bilateral peripheral facial paralysis or facial diplegia during the convalescent phase of leptospirosis, with neurological recovery without sequelae, thus highlighting the role of the spirochete in the development of an unusual and rare variant of Guillain Barre syndrome.
