摘要

Garnet films are very useful magnetic films for magnon devices as well as spin Seebeck devices. We fabricated Y ₃ Fe ₅ O ₁₂ (YIG), (YBi R ) ₃ (FeGa) ₅ O ₁₂ ( R = Dy, Eu, Gd) on Gd ₃ Ga ₅ O ₁₂ (GGG) and glass substrates (Corning: Eagle-XG) by the Metal Organic Decomposition (MOD) method. Dy, Eu, and Gd were chosen to control magnetostriction of garnet films, respectively.
