A load simulation system is proposed to verify the damping performance of specific auxiliary support equipment. The structure and working principle of load simulation system is briefly described. Based on the mathematical model of the product and load simulation system, the dynamic equivalence between the mass block and the auxiliary support position of the real product is analyzed and verified in the case of a single load simulation system and the introduction of vibration suppression control. Based on the theoretical analysis results, the excitation signal of the load simulation system is calculated, and a physical prototype is developed, and the equivalence of load simulation system is verified experimentally.
