The rapid development of 5G network meets more demands of the application of the Internet of things. In order to further optimize the resource utilization and QoS of the network, the 5G network introduces the network slice to meet the different needs of different users. Under this background, it is particularly important to research the guaranteed low-cost 5G network slice access selection strategy. In this paper, an access selection algorithm: grey analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) for 5G power network is proposed. The algorithm is based on the analytic hierarchy process, combined with network performance and user experience two kinds of indicators to select QoS parameters, combined with grey correlation method to screen the QoS parameters, and select the candidate networks. Simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm GAHP can quickly and accurately select the optimal network with a low cost. And it can improve the satisfaction of the users.
