Abstract
The pandemic has changed how we live and work in ways that will be felt for years to come. COIVD-19 pandemic has created a universal imperative for hospitals to set a reset button and accelerate the need to create agile, resilient hospitals with higher levels of digitization and to better equip teams to deal with today’s rapid pace of change. Across all disruptions, one successful technology stands out: Natural Language Processing (NLP). From strategy to operations and executions, building a sustainable, Healthbots has been the key, and now, it is more important than ever. HealthBot is a highly programmable telemetry-based analytics application to analyze the root cause of network issues, perceive network anomalies, envisage potential network issues, and generate real-time medications for any problems that happen. It is improving the state of healthcare. It automates information and escalates patient access at any time of day or night. Hospitals are using chatbot to screen coronavirus patients without requiring a hospital visit. The chatbot answers all questions from patients about potential coronavirus symptoms and controls their coronavirus risk with a screening tool built with Microsoft services. Hence, this study focuses on the starring role of Healthchatbots and its potential technologies, experiments, and future opportunities using emerging technologies to prevent possible infection.
