In order to solve this problem, a method based on 3D seismic reservoir inversion is proposed. Firstly, we analyze the lithological characteristics of the sand body with uranium in the well and select out the logging parameters as the parameter of inversion that can best represent the sandstone by qualitative and quantitative petrophysical sensitivity analysis to the drilling and logging data. Secondly, the seismic lithological inversion is carried out under the restriction of logging data for the target stratum of sandstone type uranium deposit to obtain the 3D data of inversion representing sandstone. Then, we evaluate the accuracy of the 3D data to confirm the reliability of inversion. Finally, the range of 3D spatial distribution nearby the well for the sand body with uranium in well is delimited by the technique of sub-body detection to the 3D data. Accuracy analysis and case study show that the method proposed in this abstract has an average coincidence rate of 85.56% with the actual drilling and logging data in our study area and the sub-body detection to the 3D data of inversion can obtain the 3D spatial distribution nearby the well for the sand body with uranium founded in the well.
