Renovation methodology of industrial objects located in the territory of the city

The article is devoted to the renovation of industrial territories, especially relevant in Ukrainian cities. As a result of the decline in production, large-scale degraded industrial areas have emerged, with buildings, warehouses and associated infrastructure not being used. Over the last decade, the de-industrialization of large cities has gained widespread publicity. In this regard, there is a need to undertake work on the renovation of industrial development, its adaptation to modern conditions of functioning of the city and sustainable development. The article defines the concepts of "renovation" and "industrial production zone". The basic urban planning tasks for the optimization of the use of industrial territories are revealed. Problems, obstacles and motivational levers in the implementation of industrial zone renovation projects are considered. On the basis of the analysis of the world experience and research of the main problems that arise in the regeneration of industrial zones, a method of renovation of industrial objects located in the city territory was developed.
