The coronary anastomosis

Current coronary surgery demands the ability to perform an anastomosis in very reduced airspace, in a vertical plane, and on an unstable or beating platform. Traditional techniques as the parachuted technique are not adapted to these requirements. Traditional learning processes of “see one, do one teach one” have not responded to the expectations of all the stakeholders: society, patient, colleagues, and trainee.
