Natural products are the important source of drugs including the small molecule drugs, large molecules drugs and the traditional medicines. Now, in the area of drug research and development, the drug discovery based on the drug screening mainly focus on the compounds even there are a lot of synthetic compounds. The traditional As the compounds isolated from traditional medicines. The characteristics of traditional medicines, such as the traditional Chinese Medicines, are with a lot of information about clinical knowledge and experiences. So, discover new drugs by the modern screening techniques, such as high throughput screening, high contents screening etc., from natural products need to design strategy. The strategy for determination of candidate from the multi-bioactivity compounds. A large numbers of natural compounds has been reported with varieties bioactivities. The druggable evaluation for these compounds are very complex and the pharmacological evaluation is the key procedures. e.g. pinocembrin. The strategy of traditional information analysis. As we know that the clinical information of traditional medicines is quite different from the modern medical and medicinal theories. The purpose to analysis the traditional literatures is to find the valuable signals for drug discovery especially the druggable information for components, e.g. salvianolic acid A. The strategy of therapeutic theory should be rethink based on the traditional medicinal theory. As the most of diseases are not with single target, so the drugs act on one targets should not be exert the full therapeutic effects. In the other hand, most of the natural compound with multi-bioactivities and act on multiple targets. So, the another strategy is to design and find compound act on multiple targets and these targets match the disease. Based on the pathological and physiological change during disease, established a disease elated targets
