Abstract
HP has been shown to be one of the causes of esophagitis, stomach and duodenum in children. Antibiotic resistance of HP is a factor affecting treatment results. Objective: Evaluate the rate of antibiotic resistance of H.P in children’s gastrics. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional study. Research results: in the study: Assessment of HP antibiotic resistance in patients with esophagitis and duodenal stomach in children during the period (8 / 2016- 10/2018). 440 patients were diagnosed with esophagitis, stomach and duodenum. The rate of HP infection in the study group is rare 95.6%, . Percentage of isolates showwing resistance to clarythromycine, amoxiciline, metronidazol, levofoxacin, tetracycline 99.3% , 68.7%, 57.8% ,13.8%, and 2.7%. Conclusion: High prevalence of HP resistant Clarythromycine, Biopsy implantation for high accuracy. Recommendation: Consider using the antibiotic regimen A + F + PPI when the biopsy piece cannot be implanted.
