Structural and functional modulation of layered carbon nanomaterials are highly beneficial for fusion technology. Owing to its abundant precursor source, cost-efficient scalability, device fabrication feasibility, enhanced opto-electronics, thermo-mechanical and biofunctionalization capability hybrid graphene derivatives are widely explored in micro total analysis and biosensor field. Herein, we report the recent advancements in the development of physico-chemically modified graphene derivatives for the microfluidics and its application in biomolecular detection. Second part of the chapter would cover the biotransducer studies of the hybridized graphene materials covering the electrochemical and electrochemiluminescence based applications in biodetection. Final part of the chapter will include the recommendations for the advancement and validation of demonstrated analytical methods in clinical samples, in addition to future research path in the graphene based analytical applications.
