摘要
Dactylella, a nematode-trapping fungus that grows into a nematode and absorb nutrients, is easy to isolate on different media and is used as a beneficial biocontrol agent not only to control nematodes but also against some fungal pathogens. Some enzymes are also purified from the nematode-trapping fungus. Many scientists have studied the taxonomic differences among different species of Dactylella based on conidiophores and the hyaline multiseptate macroconidia borne singly on the apex of conidiophore and also based on molecular character of the fungus.
