Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology was used to analyze dispersion effects of 3 different plates with holes (0, 2 or 4 holes equally-distributed) during adhesives production. Pictures of velocity flow contours and flow trajectories in the CFD analysis were obtained to show the flow conditions around plates inside the Reactor. Particle studies were also run to predict adhesive particles dispersion effects of these 3 kinds of plates, so that the best structure of the plate would be chosen.
