Detecting Breast Cancer Using Raman Spectroscopy
Biomedical Topical Meeting(2002)
摘要
Raman spectroscopy provides detailed chemical and pathological information about biological tissue. Using a nine-component model of breast tissue it is possible to explain all of the major spectral features observed in normal and diseased samples. These model parameters are used to produce a diagnostic algorithm capable of differentiating normal/benign samples and malignant ones.
