The following sections are included:Health services provided in public facilities in Ethiopia are benefiting the poor more compared to the rich, and this trend has improved between 2010/2011 and 2013/2014 and across geographic areas.However, the poor are paying a higher proportion than the rich over time in public hospitals.Furthermore, health service benefits are not capturing all of the reported needs, but substantial improvements were made over time.
