Abstract
The key to improve the consumption capacity of renewable energy in the distribution network is to solve the problem of local power grid blockage, which requires the collaborative decision-making of power network operation and planning, that is, the balance planning between the non-network solution and the network solution. In this paper, the planning — operation bilevel optimization model is established by taking the construction time and location of the line and energy storage as decision variables. The planning layer optimizes the total annual cost of the network structure and energy storage to the minimum, while the operational layer optimizes the daily economic scheduling cost. And then the Lagrange multiplier reflecting the marginal benefit is fed back to the planning layer to obtain the planning scheme with the lowest total cost. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed bilevel optimization model.
