Abstract
With the development of the renewable energies, the transient stability problem of the distributed generators (DGs) are more and more paid attention to. This paper proposes a droop factors adaptive control method to enhance transient stability for inverter interfaced distributed generators (IIDGs). The method changes droop factors according to the current status of the IIDG. An activation mechanism is designed to judge the IIDG's status. The control method is proved to be efficient to enhance the transient stability of IIDGs through simulations.
