摘要

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC); is the most common renal tumor in the adult age group. Approximately 8% of RCCs show sarcomatoid differentiation. This differentiation is highly aggressive and associated with poor prognosis. In this study, a 44-year-old patient admitted with hematuria, and diagnosed RCC with sarcomatoid differentiation was evaluated in the light of the literature.
