Clinical score assessment of the degree of respiratory distress in Balb/c mice v1

For the three different protocols at days 7-10 of the allergen challenge (see dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.bbydips6) the breathing patterns of mice (n=6/group) were recorded on video for the first minute after OVA instillation. The values assigned to increasing signs of respiratory distress were adapted from the respiratory failure clinical score system developed by Wood. This scoring was performed, via a double-blind procedure, by three different physician operators and analyzed by a non-parametric statistical test
