Flexible 3D medial partitioning for CFD and FEA meshing

Automatic generation of suitable efficient meshes for accurate simulation is a growing challenge facing the aerospace community. Previous work has shown promising results for CFD meshing by automatically partitioning domains using the 3D medial object. This work will show how these techniques can be improved and extended to generate improved results in a shorter time, and how they can also be deployed to mesh structures for FEA.
