Abstract
Summary The Sivas Basin in Turkey exposes world-class analogues of most types of structures associated to salt tectonics: minibasins, diapirs, welds, halokinetic sequences, salt sheets, megaflaps. The finest structures have been acquired in 3D with a winged-drone. The field analogues will be described and compared to examples from the petroleum salt basins in the USA and Angola.
