摘要
Over recent years, next-generation plastid DNA genomics has emerged as a powerful and increasingly efficient tool for plant phylogenetics. To date, only a few studies are available concerning the whole-plastid genomics of Vitis vinifera. The main goal of the research presented here was the annotation of sequenced and already assembled plastid genomes of wild grape (V. vinifera subsp. sylvestris) samples from Georgia (three samples), Spain, France and Greece. Gene annotation was conducted with the software GESEQ v. 1.42 and BLAST v. 2.6.0 searches. Physical maps of the plastid circular genomes were drawn using Organellar Genome DRAG (OGDRAW) v. 1.2.1.
