Abstract
A comparative evaluation of the postharvest quality of the strawberry fruit (Fragaria x ananassa) obtained from the Monterrey and Albión varieties were made, under a production system in a protected environment. Measurements of T and RH were made within the high tunnel, which were compared with data from the exterior registered in the Tibaitatá weather station. PAR radiation measurements were taken inside and outside the high tunnel.
