Theoretical reasoning of individual approach efficiency to the design of training process in special preparation of football referees

Taking into notice the requirements of refereeing on the current football development phase, referees have mandatory regular target training. Mastering the referring skill involves significant physical energy consumption and considerable difficulties. Good special physical preparation under conditions of significant amount of combats, game intensity, is one of the most important factors, which allows referee to keep the needed level of efficiency throughout the match. This complicated task can be solved by means of individualisation of training process combined with deep mastering of refereeing methods and regular practices.
