摘要
This study is aimed to evaluate between cognitive function and metabolic parameters of type 2 diabetes. Seventy-six subjects were participated for this study, and they were grouped with type 2 diabetes(N=25), prediabetes(N=25), and control(N=26). All subjects performed laboratory test related to metabolism, including hemoglobin A1c and fasting glucose, and performed the neuropsychological batteries of the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer's Disease (CERAD). Subjects with type 2 diabetes showed higher penetration error in Word List Memory and repetition in Word List Recall compared with prediabetes and control group. The scores of penetration error in Word List Memory and repetition in Word List Recall were positively correlated with fasting glucose level in type diabetes group. The results of this study suggest that the earlier changes in cognitive impairment of type 2 diabetes might be error of memory performance.
