Most of the reservoirs are sediment and thin interbeds which are deposited in the channel. The thickness of sandstone is 2~10 meters, with large lateral variation and fast change. The well output of the channel sand bodies is high, and the distributary channel controls the oil-gas enrichment zone.The conventional reservoir prediction method is difficult to distinguish between channel sand body and mat sand, and the channel sand body drilling rate is low.In the light of the reservoir characteristics and seismic data of the four section of the Quantou group formation in YL area, the reservoir sand body characterization technology is carried out.The correlation between reservoir parameters and seismic attribute analysis, optimization of the properties of reservoir parameters sensitive to cluster fusion, to predict the plane distribution of the reservoir combined with seismic inversion technology, and this technology in the area of YL FI2 sand group of reservoir fine description, river sand, and achieved good the results reveal good channel sandbody spatial distribution and oil-gas favorable zone.
