Abstract
The reduction of the power consumption of an oxide‐semiconductor (OS) display through the use of a high‐voltage OS FET‐based low‐power level shifter together with a low‐voltage display‐controller chip‐on‐glass (COG) based on OS LSI technology is proposed. The level shifter achieves a 26% reduction in power consumption with a small area.
