Five tight limestone samples, which are ultra-low porosity and permeability from the Daanzhai Formation of the Jurassic System reservoir in Sichuan Basin, were collected to make experiments of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), mercury intrusion (MI) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) to analyze pore structure in the paper. The consistency of MI and NMR in pore structure characterization was discussed. The results show that pore radius distribution of five samples ranges from 3nm to 134nm. In characterization pore size distribution, MI and NMR have certain relevance, especially in macro-pore. In characterization pore connectivity, both of them have slightly poor consistency.
