Yenidoğanda hidrops fetalisli supraventriküler taşikardi

Introduction : Supraventricular tachycardia is one of the reason of hydrops featalis that can be treated intrauterin or extrauterin. If supraventricular tachycardia is taken under control early the cerebral complications and the mortalite of supraventricular tachycardia and hydrops fetalis ma be prevented. Case : 1990 gram male infant who was born at 32 gestational week by ceasercan was diagnosed fetal tachycardia and hydrops fetalis antenatally. Supraventricular tachycardia was detected at 24 hours postnatally on the cardiac monitoring. Supraventricular tachycardia and hydrops featalis regressed by the treatment with the combination at 3 antiaritmic therapy. Result : We reported the case whose episodes of supraventricular tachycardia is taken undercontrol at the postnatal 30.day and was not treated intrauterinly.
