摘要
This paper reviews selected healthcare consumerism literature and summarises a nationwide survey of older citizens’ experiences with healthcare services. Factor analysis of this data revealed that Knowledge, Behavior and Personal Efficacy comprise three key components of healthcare services consumerism.
