However, there is an emerging problem in recent time. Young people, who have reached the age of majority and outgoing develop independent living, does not see opportunities and fail to implement the functioning of the family for place of residence or the country's sake. Today, this problem is associated with the promotion of employment and entrepreneurial thinking and learning. The aim – to estimate the factors affecting youth entrepreneurship and to identify the entrepreneurship fostering formants and development directions based on analysis of theoretical assumptions of entrepreneurship development. The research methodology consists of analysis of theoretical assumptions of entrepreneurship development, case study analysis of youth entrepreneurship, content analysis and systematization. Factors which affect of youth entrepreneurship; draw up entrepreneurship fostering formants and developed directions for youth entrepreneurship fostering are presented in the article.
