摘要
The customer satisfaction for employment of graduates is an essential evaluation, which has got more and more attention and gradually become a focus research in management science and engineering. This paper designs an evaluation architecture of customer satisfaction for employment of graduates based on the criteria layer analysis, and the hierarchical evaluation model and fuzzy integrated evaluation method is proposed based on the hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Experimental sampling data analysis results show that the model proposed and its evaluation method are scientifically and rationally.
