摘要

HLA-DR4 is a public allospecificity carried by a series of polymorphic DRβI chains encoded by alleles at the DRB1 locus. DR4 is in strong linkage disequilibrium with the DRw53 antigen in most racial groups and with DQw3 in Caucasoids (1). Included within DR4 are the mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) types Dw4, Dw10, Dw13, Dw14, Dw15, and DwKT2 (1). Functional MLC defined polymorphism correlates with molecular polymorphism of the DRBl alleles (2-4).
