Deterministic construction of compressed sensing (CS) matrices is of great importance to the research of CS. A family of deterministic CS matrices in singular linear space over finite fields is constructed by considering the compression and recovery of the sparse signals in this paper. This construction is better than Devore's matrices in the respect of performance indices in certain cases.
