摘要

•The developed LNPs inhibit H. pylori adhesion to gastric cells in an in vitro bacteria-gastric cells adhesion model.•Both unloaded and AMX-loaded LNPs show bactericidal effect.•The floating system incorporating the LNPs showed potential to increase their retention time in the stomach.
