Abstract
以家具厂废弃锯木屑与竹屑的混合物为原料,研究了复合成型生物炭的制备工艺条件.结果表明,复合成型最佳炭化条件为:锯木屑∶竹屑比例为75%∶25%,最终炭化温度500 ℃,升温速率15 ℃/min,氮气为氛围气,保温时间60 min.在最优条件下制备的复合成型生物炭固定碳含量84.57%,炭得率31.27%,灰分2.78%,挥发分11.95%,热值29 991 J/g.这为农林废弃物的综合利用提供理论依据.
