Abstract

This assay detects SARS-CoV-2 Spike indel_211–214.The envelope gene is used as internal control.The indel_211–214 target demonstrated a 95% lower limit of detection of 1.3 copies/µL eluate.100% positive and negative percent agreement was observed using Omicron and delta samples genotyped by whole genome sequencing.
