Designing AbhiSCoVac - A single potential vaccine for all ‘corona culprits’: Immunoinformatics and immune simulation approaches

•AbhiSCoVac is designed to be a single vaccine to enable protection all the virulent species of coronaviruses.•The constructed vaccine peptide forms strong and stable bonds to major immune sensors of TLR2, TLR4, MHCI & MHCII proteins.•AbhiSCoVac elicits consistent immunogenic response, producing strong titers of immunoglobulins, cytokines & interleukins.•The vaccine peptide is reverse-translated and cloned into a pET vector for fluent expression in bacterial systems.
